To provide a method and an intermediate for producing an anticancer compound.
This method comprises producing a compound represented by the formula 1 (wherein, R1, R2 and R15 are each defined in the specification) or its pharmaceuticallypermissible salt or solvate and includes treating a compound represented by the formula 2 [wherein, R15, R1 and R2 are each defined in the specification; G is a blocking group selected from -C(OH)R3R4R5 or -SiR3 R4R5; and R3, R4 and R5 are each independently a 1-6C alkyl], (a) if G is -C(OH) R3R4, with a hydroxide of an alkali metal or an alkaline-earth metal in a solvent containing a hydroxy-substituted 1-10C alkyl, or, (b) if G is -SiR3R4R5, with a tetra (1-6C alkyl) ammonium fluoride compound in an aprotic solvent.
