To provide a desired artificial nail which is fitted to a shape and size of each user's nail, a method for making the artificial nail in a way to be made at a low cost and in a short time, and a method for adhering the artificial nail in a way to develop a good adhering property of the artificial nail to a natural nail.
A bendable plate member 1 is prepared, which is bended along the surface of a rod member, a curved member, or a nail section 2 of a finger. An instantaneous adhesive 3 is coated on the surface of the plate member 1 so as to be formed in a nail shape. And, before the coated instantaneous adhesive 3 dries up, a mixture 4 of a coloring matter and powder made through drying an instantaneous adhesive 3 which consists of the same material with the former instantaneous adhesive 3 is applied on the surface of the instantaneous adhesive 3 and dissolvingly adhered. Then, figuration is performed to arrange a shape by scraping an artificial nail 6 made of the dried instantaneous adhesive 3 with a nail file 5 to flatten the rough surface. In the end, the artificial nail 6 is separated from the plate member 1 by pinching the bended plate member 1 toward the inside. After that, the artificial nail 6 is adhered to the natural nail 7, and roughness is made flat by utilizing the instantaneous adhesive 3 and the mixture 4.
