Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing an anisotropic diffusing film that exhibits excellent anisotropic diffusing performance inexpensively with a simple method.
A biaxially oriented syndiotactic polystyrene (SPS) film with a thickness of 10-300 μm is held between pressure rolls 11 and polishing rolls 12, thereby providing irregularity with a surface roughness of 0.2-1 μm on the surface of the film.
