Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an article using an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer which is cured by moisture, and to provide an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet 10 includes: an adhesive layer 22 which is cured by moisture absorption; and a separator 21 provided on at least one surface of the adhesive layer 22. The adhesive layer 22 contains an epoxy resin, a ketimine compound, and a compatible polymer component having compatibility with the epoxy resin and the ketimine compound. The compatible polymer component is a (meth)acrylate polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 90,000-400,000 and a glass transition temperature of 80°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
