Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing building materials wherein compressive strength is sufficiently secured and the materials can be sufficiently deep impregnated with an antiseptic and terminate preventive agent to satisfy a reference of preservation treatment.
SOLUTION: For the method for manufacturing the building materials 36 from a laminated timber 31 to be prepared by jointing treatment of sawn plates 11 of a uppermost layer, a middle layer and a lowermost layer, hard timber 11A is used as the sawn plate 11 to be used for the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer and a soft timber 11B of 2 or 3 or more is used for the middle layer. The sawn plates 11 of the uppermost layer, the middle layer and the lowermost layer, after respective incising treatments, are previously treated with the antiseptic and termite preventive agent before joining treatment.
