Abstract:
To surely control a thickness while a surface quality of a product is secured by sufficiently performing a treatment for foreign matter in slurry.
A method for manufacture a cement fiber board is provided wherein a slurry having fiber and cement as principal material components is fed onto a water-permeable sheet 1, which is dehydrated by reducing pressure. A foreign matter-removing process 3 for previously removing the foreign matter in materials of the slurry, a thickness control process 4 for allowing the slurry after the foreign matter-removing process 3 to have a specific thickness, and a levelling process 5 for smoothing a surface of the slurry after the thickness control process 4 are provided.
