Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a centrifugal molding not only capable of reducing slag generation amount and excellent in manufacturing performances but also affording a cured body having the same or better characteristics such as shrinkage by drying, creep property, and chemical resistance as those obtained by the method using ordinary Portland cement when compared at the same strength level.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the centrifugal molding product is characterized by centrifugally molding a concrete mixed/kneaded material comprising a cement component comprising 1 to 3 wt.% of insoluble anhydrous gypsum having 1 wt.% or less fluorine content, 15 to 40 wt.% of an inorganic mixing material and the rest composed of Portland cement, and 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of an organic cement mixing material based on 100 pts.wt. of the cement component.
