Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a closely dense concrete product by preventing generation of a pore and other defect part on an upper surface of the concrete when a concrete segment piece is manufactured by using a hand filling form.
SOLUTION: A vertical container 11 of a shape wherein a truncated cone is continuously contacted to a lower end of a vertical cylinder is interposed between a concrete mixer 1 and a charging door 23 of the form 20. The vertical container 11 is rotated for 2 to 15 min so that a centrifugal force of 3g to 15g is applied to the vertical container 11. After extracting air by compacting the concrete, the concrete is placed in the form. This method is optimum for manufacturing the concrete segment piece.
