Abstract:
To provide a technique for manufacturing a heat conduction sheet with an easily deformed surface, while suppressing formation of curls and decrease of its area.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing heat conduction sheets includes a step of obtaining the heat conduction sheets by slicing a resin block 10 containing resin and a heat conductive filler using a slicing mechanism. The slicing mechanism comprises: a single-edged cutting blade 20 having a flank 22, a cutting face 21, and a blade tip 23 formed by an intersecting corner of the flank 22 and the cutting face 21; and a guide member 30 arranged opposite to the cutting face 21. In the single-edged cutting blade 20, a curvature radius of the blade tip 23 is 10.0 μm or less. In the method for manufacturing heat conduction sheets, slicing is performed such that a portion cut out from the resin block 10 passes through between the cutting face 21 and the guide member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
