Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method by which a high-density sintered compact composed of Fe-Co soft magnetic alloy and having high magnetic flux density can be obtained with certainty.

The method for manufacturing the high-density sintered compact composed of Fe-Co soft magnetic alloy comprises the following steps: a first compaction step S1 where powder composed of Fe-(30-70 wt.%)Co soft magnetic alloy is compacted into prescribed shape; a first sintering step S2 where the resultant first compact 1 prepared in the step S1 is sintered at relatively low temperature; a second compaction step S3 where the resultant first sintered compact 4 prepared in the step S2 is compacted 5 and a second sintering step S4 where the resultant second compact 8 prepared in the step S3 is sintered at a relatively high temperature.
