Irregularity due to color mixing of a paving block is exhibited by twisting a partitioning plate, when manufacturing the paving block by a plurality of colors, by supplying surface layer readymixed concretes colored by the different colors, into a surface layer hopper partitioned by a partitioning plate, to be accumulated, by transferring thereafter the concretes from a lower end discharge port of the surface hopper to a supply material box, and by transfer-supplying the surface layer readymixed concretes to a tightly fastened mold, to be molded by fastening tightly again the partitioning plate.
