Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a lenticular lens having the accurate designed shape of a lens and has excellent adhesiveness to a thin plate type base material, and a method for manufacturing a solid or variable printed matter by which the adhesion of the lenticular lens and a printed pattern to the thin plate type base material is excellent and trouble such as peeling is not caused.

This method for manufacturing the lenticular lens includes a stage in which both surfaces of transparent thin plate type base material are coated with transparent primer, and a stage in which the thin plate type base material coated with the transparent primer is made to pass between a plate body having a recessed part in the shape of the lenticular lens in its circumferential direction and a nip roll, radical polymerization ionizing radiation curing resin is supplied to space between the surface of the thin plate type base material coated with the transparent primer and the plate body, and ionizing radiation is radiated from an opposite side to a part where the thin plate type base material comes into contact with the plate body so as to cure the resin, whereby the lenticular lens is formed. In the method for manufacturing the solid or variable printed matter, an image aligned with the pitch of the lenticular lens is printed on an opposite side to the surface where the lenticular lens is formed.
