Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing PET resin tableware that has sufficient strength, heat resistance, and beautiful external appearance like glass tableware.SOLUTION: A first metal mold and a second metal mold are designed such that, in the process of injection molding, a thin layer part (G range) having a thickness dimension of 1 mm or less is formed in a secondary molding part 32 which is formed by a colorless mixed raw material, color of a primary molding part 31 formed by a colored mixed raw material is set so as to transmit toward the secondary molding part 32 after annealing, and the thickness of the thin layer part is set so as to become gradually smaller as it becomes closer to a boundary B between the secondary molding part 32 and the primary molding part 31, by which transmission of color becomes gradation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
