Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a resin-reinforced decorative sheet which is attractive and excellent in various physical properties, at a low cost.
SOLUTION: A veneer adhesion process 101 wherein a wood thin veneer 3 is bonded to a surface of a substrate 1; a low viscosity synthetic resin liquid penetration process 102 wherein low viscous synthetic resin liquid 4 adjusted to a low viscosity not exceeding 1000 mPa.s is applied to a surface of the wood thin veneer 3 and infiltrated into the wood thin veneer 3; a remaining resin liquid removing process 103 for removing the low viscosity synthetic resin liquid 4 remaining in the surface of the wood thin veneer; a high viscosity synthetic resin liquid application process 104 wherein under a state wherein the low viscosity synthetic resin liquid 4 infiltrated into the wood thin veneer 3 is uncured, high viscosity synthetic resin liquid 5 of a higher viscosity than the low viscosity synthetic resin liquid 4 is applied to the surface of the wood thin veneer 3; and a resin liquid curing process 105 wherein the high viscosity synthetic resin liquid 5 coated face on the surface of the wood thin veneer 3 is heated and pressurized, the high viscosity synthetic resin liquid 5 is forced into the wood thin veneer 3, and the low viscosity synthetic resin liquid 4 and the high viscosity synthetic resin liquid 5 are cured, are provided.
