Abstract:
To provide a sheet having a fine irregular pattern equivalent to that of an interior article surface of a mass-produced vehicle, having superior elasticity and restoration properties, and facilitating coloring and color adjustment processing and manufacturing.
The method of manufacturing a sheet having a fine irregular pattern 5 includes: spraying a molten flexible plastic 4 on a surface of a metal plate 1 to which grain finish 2 is applied; and drying the flexible plastic 4 and then separating it from the metal plate 1. Preferably, the flexible plastic is a vinyl-based one, and further includes a colorant.
