Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a simulated human body, which makes a resin mold with a three-dimensional curved surface simply created at a low cost, which makes each part of the simulated human body and a connection member therefor molded from a biomass resin in a relatively short period of time, and which facilitates not only assembly/disassembly but also disposal.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a simulated human body includes: a half-split mold creation step of creating a half-split mold from an epoxy resin composition; a simulated body molding step of blow-molding a biomass resin by using the half-split mold; a connector molding step of creating a mold for a connector from the epoxy resin composition and injection-molding the biomass resin; and an assembly step of fixing the male and female connectors to each part of the simulated human body and detachably fitting them together.
