Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a graphene sheet having high crystal quality to suit the cost of carrying out the method to use of industrial scale of the method.
In the method for manufacturing a structure having a graphene sheet on one surface of which a plurality of metal pins separated from one another by a dielectric media selected from air and an dielectric material are provided, (a) the graphene sheet is synthesized on a plurality of metal pins which are arranged on a film consisting of a dielectric material or integrated in the film by vapor phase catalytic growth using the metal pins as catalysts and (b) the film is removed if needed.
