Abstract:

To quickly and easily manufacture a winding core by excluding an adverse effect caused by plate thickness deviation occurring at the end in width direction of an amorphous sheet material.

A cutting device cuts an amorphous sheet material in which amorphous sheet elemental plates are stacked in a predetermined length. In a stacking device, the amorphous sheet material cut to a predetermined length by the cutting device is stacked a predetermined numbers to form an iron core elemental plate between the cutting device and a plate winding device for forming a winding core by winding the amorphous sheet material cut to the predetermined length in predetermined layers, and the iron core elemental plates are stacked in steps of required number by displacing in a predetermined dimension, in length direction, forming a laminate block. An inversion transportation device transports the laminate block formed by the stacking device as it is without inversion, or transports it while being inverted by 180, to the plate winding device alternately. Either the inversion transportation device or winding plate device includes a line switching means which switches a transportation line for transporting the laminate block to the winding plate device side.
