Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for packaging an extracted material for drink of excellent packaging quality and high production capacity in which a series of packaging steps from the shaping and the feed of the extracting bag to the take-out of a product are performed in a completely automatic manner.
SOLUTION: Extracting bags (a) which are bent from first folds 3 and 3 in bag-feeding steps (1)-(11) and folded flat in a longitudinal attitude are fed one by one to a pair of grips (g) to be intermittently stopped in a delivery step (12), the extracted material for beverage of the predetermined amount is filled in the extracting bag in a filling step (16), an upper portion of a frame of the extracting bag (a) and a mouth of a filtering bag are sealed in a sealing step (18), the extracting bag is held by a product take-out device, transferred above a rotary drum 105 to be intermittently rotated, and dropped, the dropped extracting bag (a) supported by the rotary drum is set in a horizontal attitude with the upper portion of the frame 1 directed forward, and the extracting bag is transferred to a predetermined position by a carry-out means in a product discharging step (19).
