Abstract:
To provide a method for preserving fishery products for a long period, preventing fishery products from causing flavor deterioration or color change.
The method for preserving fishery products comprises sealing up fishery products in an oxygen absorptive vessel where an oxygen absorptive multilayer film comprising a sealant layer made of a thermoplastic resin, an oxygen absorptive layer made of a thermoplastic resin composition formulated with a deoxidant, and a barrier layer made of a gas barrier substance in this order from within, is at least partially used.
