Abstract:

To provide a method of manufacturing a blank or a molding having a prescribed shape and thickness.

In the method, in which a material 5 to be molded is filled into a filling frame 20 of a filling device then released into a mold 14 of a press machine in the gravity direction, the material 5 to be molded is held in the filling frame 20 by suction, and the release of the material 5 into the mold 14 is caused by reducing the suction force, specially by cutting the suction force.
