Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for making a cultured cell highly sensitive to environmental stress comprehensively, without using an RNA interference method with problems such as adverse effects, and without individually measuring the presence of specific chemical material for example in a reporter assaying method, to increase sensitivity of an environmental stress evaluating method in which a cultured cell of mammals and the like is used.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises highly expressing GAS5, and/or IDI2-AS1 and SNHG15, which are RNA molecules having the same function as GAS5, in a cultured cell of mammals and the like, so that the cultured cell becomes highly sensitive to environmental stress such as chemical material and ultraviolet rays.
