Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a content filled in a polyester container, which does not require a mouth-crystallized polyester container and improves a production efficiency to save a energy consumption.
The method for producing the content filled in the container includes filling the content into the container, and sealing and sterilizing the resultant container. The container is sterilized at a container mouth portion temperature of 61°C and above and below a glass transition temperature determined by moisture content in the container, when sealed.
