Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a deodorizing and moisture-conditioning substrate capable of being used for an interior material for a building and a space in a facility, and a furniture, bedding, fixture, etc., by freely processing, and creating a safe, comfortable and hygienic space by exhibiting a high adsorbing capacity and moisture-conditioning effect of an artificial zeolite, and the deodorizing and the moisture-conditioning substrate.

This method for producing the deodorizing and moisture-conditioning substrate is provided by applying a coating material obtained by blending 15-55 wt. % artificial zeolite powdery material having a prescribed performance, 1.0-6.0 wt. % dispersing agent selected from a metal phosphate salt, metal sulfonate salt or metal pyrophosphate salt, and 0.5-5.0 wt. % organic foaming agent or inorganic foaming agent with water soluble vehicle consisting of a natural rubber or synthetic rubber latex, acrylic emulsion or silicone emulsion on a fabric consisting of a knitted or nonwoven fabric between a supplying roll and discharging roll by coating with a roll coater, or dipping or spraying by 10-60 g/m2 artificial zeolite powdery material and heating to form and fix a coated type formed film having a continuous bubble structure.
