To provide an elastic anti-flaming cloth having both of elasticity in longitudinal and transverse directions and anti-flaming function.

The method for producing an elastic anti-flaming cloth comprises preparing a flame-retarding polyurethane film 2 of 10-30 μm thick, which contains a flame-retardant, with the use of an elastic cloth obtained by the diagonal (tricot) knitting of polyurethane type elastic fibers and a polyester spinning fiber as a substrate cloth 1, and attaching the polyurethane film with an adhesive resin 3 containing a flame-retardant to one surface of the above substrate cloth 1. It is preferable that the above elastic cloth is subjected to dying treatment and a flame-retardant polyurethane foam is colored.
