This method for producing the extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric includes a process for mixing solution-discharged fibers formed by a spinning method for discharging a spinning solution from a solution-discharging portion 13a capable of discharging the spinning solution by a solution-spinning means having the solution-discharging portion 13a and a gas-discharging portion 14a capable of discharging a gas, with the flow of melt-blown fibers discharged from a nozzle 12 by a melt-blow method, and thus forming an extra fine fiber web.
