To provide a method for producing processed cooking food dough, that can produce processed cooking food dough having the outside appearance and texture as processed cooking food in a short period of time; a device for producing processed cooking food dough; and processed cooking food produced by the method for producing processed cooking food dough and the device for producing processed cooking food dough.
The method for producing processed cooking food dough includes: a mixing step of mixing cereal grains and a liquid; a first grinding step of grinding the mixture containing the cereal grains and the liquid; a cereal grain adding step of adding cereal grains of the same kind as or different from the mixed cereal grains to the mixture ground in the first grinding step; a second grinding step of further grinding the mixture to which the cereal grains are added in the cereal grain adding step; and a kneading step of adding dough raw materials to the mixture ground in the second grinding step and kneading the dough.
