Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber production method which can improve productivity of rubber.SOLUTION: One surface of a plate-shaped rubber member 101 is formed with a plurality of first recessed parts 102 extending vertically to the thickness direction of the rubber member 101. The rubber member 101 is cut along the first recessed parts 102 to form a bar-shaped rubber piece. Consequently, a runner can be eliminated from the rubber piece to reduce burrs in the rubber piece. The other surface of the rubber member 101 is formed with a plurality of second recessed parts 103 extending parallel to the extension direction of the plurality of first recessed parts 102 so that the second recessed parts 103 coincide with the first recessed parts 102, respectively, in the thickness direction of the rubber member 101. Consequently, the rubber member 101 can be easily cut.
