Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a tire which is high in operation stability and on-ice performance and prevents the exfoliation of the interface between tire members in high productivity.
The method for producing the tire includes a process for molding an unvulcanized sheet member 20 without water-cooling by using a rubber composition incorporated with at least a rubber component and a water soluble fibers 11, a process for forming a green tire by laminating the unvulcanized sheet member, and a process for vulcanizing the green tire.
