Abstract:

To provide a method for recording maintenance service information and a system for recording maintenance service information by which information on components is always maintained in the up-to-date state by collecting the information on components in an individual shipment product unit.

This method comprises: registering a work result applied on a service information file 11 after completing maintenance work; retrieving a work content information file 12 by referring to the registered contents of the maintenance work; acquiring an item configuration update method applied to replacement, inspection and cleaning, repair, disposition, and installation; and processing data update, or the like with respect to object data in a component information file 13.
