Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the heat recovery ratio of an exhaust gas and to prevent the corrosion of a sintering apparatus caused by SOx in the exhaust gas, by recirculating the exhaust gas of the ore supply side in the sintering apparatus to the ore discharge side.

CONSTITUTION: In preparing a sintered ore in a Dwight-Lloyd sintering machine, a low temp. exhaust gas sucked into an ore supply side main duct 14 among sintering exhaust gases is supplied into the hood 19 on an ore discharge side pallet by a recirculation blower 23. The temp. of an exhaust gas sucked in an ore discharge side main duct 16 recovers the heat contained in the ore supply side exhaust gas to be brought to a high temp. and a waste heat recovery ratio in a heat recovery apparatus such as a boiler. The exhaust gas after heat recovery is made confluent with the sintering exhaust gas in an intermediate duct 15 to be exhausted through a dust removing machine 31, a raw exhaust fan 32, a desulfurization apparatus 33 and a denitration apparatus 34 and the sintering apparatus is prevented from corrosion due to SOx in the gas.
