Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of recovering a Fe-Mo-Ni based alloy and a Fe-V based alloy stably and in a good yield from V, Mo and Ni-containing waste.
SOLUTION: The method for recovering valuable metals from the V, Mo and Ni-containing waste comprises a step of drying the V, Mo and Ni-containing waste, a step of forming a V-containing slag and a Fe-Mo-Ni based alloy by charging the V, Mo and Ni-containing waste, Fe as a reducing agent and flux in a heating furnace and heating and reducing them and a step of forming the Fe-V based alloy and a CaO-Al2O3 slag by charging an Al reducing agent to the V-containing slag.
