Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce instantaneous maximum electric power by fixing a delay time in accordance with an inerent address No. set up in each control device and applying a power supply throwing command from a central controller to an electric power load after the delay time to supply electric power. CONSTITUTION:Detecting the recovery of power failure or the end of a disaster on the bais of data from a power receiving equipment or a disaster preventing equipment through a data transmission line Ld, the centeral controller CCE transmits a power supply throwing command to control devices in all guest rooms through a main transmission line Lm. The control devices CNTr, CNTc of respective guest rooms receive said command, timing circuits are started and respective power supply units are successively turned on in accordance with the address Nos. of the CNTr, CNTc, so that the generation time of rush current is dispersed. The centeral control device CCE transmits the power supply throwing command only once as a general comman code.
