Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform filter regeneration in parallel with a washing process by disposing a precoat conduit that connects a cloth filter with a button trap via a closing valve to circulate part of dirts deposited on the filtering cloth through the precoat conduit and redeposit them on the filtering cloth.
CONSTITUTION: As soon as a washing process begins, a pump 33 pumps up clean solvent from a wash tank 34 into a treatment tank 31 through an outlet valve 36 and an inlet valve 37. Simultaneously, a motor 46 rotates a filtering cloth 11 in a filter 10 using the filtering cloth 11 to shake off dirts accumulated on the filtering cloth 11 into the solvent. Further, an inlet valve 39 opens to drop part of the soiled solvent into a distiller 35. Then, after a filter tank is fully filled with clean solvent supplied from the wash tank 34 through an inlet valve 38, the solvent in the cloth filter 10 circulates through a circuit (a precoat circuit) that goes though a precoat conduit 40, a precoat valve 41, a button trap 32, and the pump 33 and returns to the cloth filter 10.
