Abstract:
To provide a method for regulating the operation temperature of a fluid cooling internal combustion engine to provide improved option to speedily heat a cooling fluid such as in a cold starting stage of the internal combustion engine, and to provide a device therefor.
This method for regulating the operation temperature of the internal combustion engine 1 and its device are devised so that the cooling fluid is transferred to a circuit by a cooling fluid pump 2 driven by an electric motor 7 through the internal combustion engine 1 and the electric motor 7 can work with dissipated electric power increased in comparison with its normal motion. The waste heat generated in that state is transmitted to the cooling fluid.
