Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically carry out releasing a molded body without decreasing a quality of the molded body from a horizontal press type pressure casting molder on which a plurality of different shaped molded bodies are mixedly disposed.
SOLUTION: For a method for releasing a sanitary ware molded body casting- molded by processing one end part of a plurality of arranged casting molds with a pressing device by arranging horizontally in a lamination state casting molds arranged so that a divided surface of a divided mold composed of the divided mold capable of being divided into two parts becomes almost vertical, a process for releasing one side divided mold on a molded body-receiving surface side of receiving the molded body in order to release the molded body from the casting mold; a process for setting the cradle to the molded body; a process for releasing the other divided mold; and a process for transferring the cradle and the molded body held by the cradle to the following process, are successively and automatically carried out.
