Abstract:

To transmit emergency information to a plurality of mobile stations as quickly as possible, when detecting the occurrence of the emergency information.

A method of reporting emergency information has: a step of allowing the mobile station UE (User Equipment) to receive system information for scheduling information notification for a current change period without waiting for the beginning of the next change period, when detecting a prescribed trigger; a step of allowing the mobile station UE to receive system information for emergency information notification, based on scheduling information reported by the received system information for scheduling information notification; and a step of allowing the mobile station UE to perform processing corresponding to emergency information reported by the received system information for emergency information notification.
