PURPOSE: To rapidly scour a fiber structure without causing problems on environments and unnecessitate a large labor by circulating and using a specific organic solvent sprayed on the fiber structure centrifugally collected on the inner wall of a rotary basket and drying the fiber structure in the charged state as such.
CONSTITUTION: A fiber structure is charged into a centrifugal separation type treating tank 1, and the lid of the treating tank is locked. An inner cage is rotated. A scouring agent fed toward the arrow mark A is heated with a heater 12, sprayed from a was her nozzle 14 on the fiber structure, and circulated with a liquid-feeding pump 11 through a scouring agent tank 2.
