Abstract:
To select an optimal communication by carrying out a high-speed career sense just before channel assignment, since there has occurred a case that an optimal communication channel for a terminal cannot be assigned by the change of electric wave environment caused by taking too much time for performing the career sense of all the careers in the conventional career sense method.
Just before channel assignment, a received frequency channel is changed at high speed within one slot, and interference wave levels of all frequency channels required to know electric wave environment are measured. By use of this result, a possibility of assigning optimal channel is raised by assigning a communication channel to a terminal.
