In the method for separating and recovering fishery waste, fishery waste composed of organic components and heavy metal components is brought into contact with supercritical water or subcritical water in the presence of oxygen molecules, thus the organic components in the fishery waste are decomposed, and the heavy metal components are separated and recovered as heavy metal oxide.
