To provide an active vibration-resistant system easily locating a failure by adapting to temperature environment, disturbance or the like even if any failures are generated on either of a shaker and a current sensor.
The active vibration-resistant system aims to restrain vibration on a device having a vibration generating source, and comprises the current sensor s3 for measuring actual current of the shaker 2, a vibration detector s2 for measuring actual vibration, and a control section generating and outputting current control data for the shaker 2 as amplitude of current and its phase. The active vibration-resistant system provides optimal value data for output control current to the shaker 2 in an operating state and abnormality determining data for determining abnormality. The active vibration-resistant system comprises a deviation operation section C11 calculating a deviation between the optimal value data adapting to an operating condition during controlling process and amplitude of actual current, and an abnormality determining section C13 determining normality and abnormality of actual current at the basis of relationship between the deviation and the abnormality determining data.
