Title:
METHOD FOR TAKING OUT INORGANIC PHOSPHORUS COMPOUND FROM INCINERATED ASH OF LIVESTOCK FECES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012096972
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a means for efficiently taking out an inorganic phosphorus compound while using inexpensive sulfuric acid for eluting phosphorus, in a method for recovering phosphorus as the inorganic phosphorus compound from incinerated ash of livestock feces.

The present invention relates to a method including: a step where sulfuric acid is added to incinerated ash of livestock feces to adjust a pH to ≤1.8 and phosphorus is eluted; a step where calcium chloride is added to the resulting phosphorus eluate, and thereby sulfate ions are deposited as calcium sulfate and removed; and a step where calcium hydroxide is added to resulting sulfuric acid-freed liquid to adjust a pH to ≥4.0 and phosphorus is recovered as an inorganic phosphorus compound composed mainly of an apatite or the like.
