Abstract:
PURPOSE: To minimize the reduction in operating efficiency of a loom due to a delay in arrival of a cloth roll doffer to the vicinity of the loom.
CONSTITUTION: The objective method for weaving is to stop the operation of a loom at the time of cutting down a cloth when a cloth roll doffer (16), traveled in the interior of a cloth factory (10) having looms (12) and installed therein, does not the vicinity of the loom after receiving a demand for exchange of a cloth roll from the loom and further cancel the demand for exchanging the cloth roll from the loom and operate the loom so as to weave the cloth in excess by a predetermined length when the cloth roll doffer does not arrive at the vicinity of the loom within the predetermined time after stopping the loom.
