Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve cooling and heat insulating efficiency by a method wherein a first intermediate layer constituted of heat insulating bodies and an outermost layer of insulating material are provided to be overally cooled. CONSTITUTION:An innermost layer 12 is constituted of a plurality of electrodes 10 with insulative bodies 11 inserted between them, and a first intermediate layer 14 is constituted of a plurality of insulative bodies 13 installed on the innermost layer 12. Further, a second intermediate layer 16 is constituted of a cooling board 15 whereon a plurality of cylinders 15b are separatedly secured. The entirety of the cooling board 15 is uniformly cooled when a refrigerant is supplied into a cavity inside a cylinder 15b. The insulative bodies 13 constituting the first intermediate layer 14 and an insulating board 17 constituting the outermost layer 18 directly contacting the cooling board 15, are cooled wholely, uniformly.
