To provide a DNA inspection device which can cope many purpose gene inspections by suitably changing a DNA amplification primer loaded on a micro reactor for inspecting genes, a probe hybridizing with an amplification gene.
This micro reactor can analyze highly sensitively, because of incorporating a DNA amplification process for detection, and can detect an objective gene in good accuracy with a probe DNA specifically hybridizing with an amplified gene. The DNA inspection device hardly causes acute problems such as cross contamination or carryover contamination for microanalysis, amplification analysis, because system-constituting separates a reagent/solution-sending system element-loading component and a control/detection component for each specimen.
