Title:
MILL LINER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3151467
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly keep pulverizing efficiency by adding a reinforcing part having the highest point of a height specified by a specific mathematical expression as a vertex and declined to both sides to be eliminated and keeping the scraping-up angle of a scraping part nearly constant through a period from before wear when attaching to after wear during exchanging.
SOLUTION: The reinforcing part 3 having the highest point 31 of the height specified by equation I and equation II as the vertex (A: thickness (point 21) before the wear of the scraping part 2, B: thickness (point 11) before the wear of a base 1, C: thickness (point 22) after the wear of the scraping part, D: thickness (point 12) after the wear of the base 1, G: linear distance between the legs to the reference level S of the point 21 and the point 31 and F: linear distance between the legs to the reference level S of the point 21 and the point 11) and declined to both sides to be eliminated is previously added in the initial time before the wear. Then the scraping-up angle of the scraping-up part 2 is kept almost constant through the whole period from before the wear when attaching to after the wear during exchanging.
