PURPOSE: To attain an end batch remote control by arranging OA equipments in the periphery of a facsimile, and providing a hand shake port with a controlling CPU.

CONSTITUTION: The OA equipment side is equipped with a serial interface 21 in a connection between a facsimile equipment 1 and OA equipments 2 and 3, and a data communication between the equipment 1 and a CPU 22 is operated, so that even detail information can be managed by a service processing. At the time of connecting the plural OA equipments, and remotely controlling them, interface ports for the connected equipments can be directly provided, each equipment can be connected with an LAN, or the normal serial interfaces can be chain-connected. Thus, the OA equipments arranged in the periphery of the facsimile equipment can be remotely controlled in a batch at a service point by using the MODEM or NCU of the facsimile equipment.
