Abstract:
To reduce noise by a harmonic component of a local oscillator signal in a direct conversion system and a low IF system.
In a mixer, a three-phase signal, where phases differ by 120 each, is used as a local oscillation signal and is multiplied by a reception signal, and the in-phase signal of each demodulation wave is canceled, thus canceling a noise component by a third harmonic in harmonic components of the local oscillation signal.
