Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the replacement of a stamper while certainly and accurately positioning the stamper and to also extend the life of the stamper.
SOLUTION: A stamper 32 is embedded in the recessed part 31 formed to a fixed mold 1. The suction passages 7c, 7d, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 opened to the recessed part 31 are formed to the fixed mold 31 and the stamper 32 is sucked to the recessed part 31 only by suction. The diameter of the stamper 32 is made smaller than that of a recording disk. The suction passage 7c, 7d are formed into a circular shape by the division part of a template 7a and a template core 7b and positioned at the non-data recording parts of the inner and outer peripheral parts of the stamper 32.
