A U-shaped groove 1 with a bottom 2 and two side walls 3 and 4 is formed in the mold, and the thickness of the bottom 2 becomes larger apart from the end of both legs of the U-shaped groove. Therefore, a patient can have a compression force necessary for holding the mold by himself/herself by biting the mold when the material of the mold is hardened, so that the mold doesn't have to be held by an assistant.
